  • You see Jesus was a man. he a had a backbone and stood up for what was right. Why can't you men in the Church stand up and challenge your so called pastor. I can go to my pastor and speak the truth and need not cower behind the pews. You like this guy because on the face of it he stands up for something...GET BACK TO THE BIBLE instead of interpreting the Bible with your opinions, try understanding your opinions in the context of the Bible and let that govern how you think. Or be cult members!

  • Steven you seem obsessed with gaining personal attention. You assumed the role of pastor without gaining any support from those with whom you worship. Yes I spoke with Pastor Nichols, he says you are a nut!

Can you show me anyplace in the NT where a man can simply set up a Church and call himself a pastor? It was a fools task and only shows that God never called you.

You are being exposed for what you are Steven, and like a cockroach, you run away from the light.

  • Is that the best you can do?

Again, this is why you should have stayed in school.

Josephus was an independent witness with no motive to lie, he may have been wrong but he had no reason to lie.

He is important because he confirmed that Jesus was a real person, not a myth.

You seem to have left out the Pastor Nichols issue. I think I know why.

You deceive people to get attention, you are very mixed up Steven. You need to stop.

  • Josephus was not "an important witness," he was an unbeliever who is burning in Hell.

  • Anderson this is why as a pastor you need to stay in school and get a degree. I know that did not work out for you.

Do you even know who Josephus was and why he was important as a witness?

Also, why do you still have the connection to the Regency Baptist Church on your web site you know that Pastor Nichols has never supported you, or your church.

You're deceiving people into thinking he supports you, he told me you are a nut.

  • Ran out of space (limited to 500 words). The Jewish Talmud also gives a detailed accounting on the issues with the moneychangers and the outrages of the Rabbis for their evil practices.

  • Exodus 20:11-16 states the requirement for the payment of the half shekel for the service of the tabernacle. It is a matter of history (largely Josephus) that we learn about the moneychangers and their fraudulent practices in the temple. They used "false balances" to weigh the coins. Proverbs 11:1 says "A false balance is an ABOMINATION to the Lord." . It is easy to see why the Lord would be extremely angry since they were robbing and oppressing the poor by fraud for private gain.

  • davidrstarr, can you show me that in the Bible?

  • so what does Jesus say about using the church to raise money to pay your court costs!!!
