Hi Eric, The name of your "Windmill" is the Springing Tripod;)
Thanks for sharing these. You're absolutely right, these are great exercises and the more people use them, the greater the benefit to their overall health and performance.
Costa Rica, hey? Not a bad place to be doing TacFit:D. Take Care.

The second exercise is called swinging tripod, I believe?

You're like a human frog. Good exercises...and a nice beach.

What you call a ' windmill' is called a 'swipe' ,or the starting position of a swipe, in breakdancing. A windmill is a very different movement. Still a good way to stay in shape.

Hey, I have been looking into this program for a few days and am interesting in getting involved in it. How long would you say it would take, if you do the program all out and to the best of your ability, to get incredibly ripped, flexible, and in shape?

@MrJckdnvn
To be honest, it depends on where you're starting! If you start a lot out of shape, it'll take you longer. If you're in decent shape, it won't take you as long.

Hi, should you do these exercises for reps or for time?

@kwelboss They're good to do for time, so you don't have to focus on counting reps, but can instead focus on technique and form...
Another great way is to count the reps in a time period - eg. go for 20 seconds, get as many reps as you can in good form - then try to beat it next workout...
