These were cards you could buy I think for $6 at Burger King in 1999. I just got these babies today from ebay! like 3 day shipping. The cards are(in order shown) Jigglypuff, Mewtoo, Pikachu, Pollywhirl, Charmander, and my favorite, Togepi!
On the card, it says this:
