Lilac Festival Cheney

Cheney High School Marching Band caught off guard by both them as myself as I was driving around town looking at gardens in Cheney. It appears that the high school was practicing for 2009 Lilac Parade in Spokane...I only caught a bit..and I didn't have my tripod set, as it was a surprise...I used the roof of the car and caught them as they passed by much to the amazement fo some neighborhood residents out on a sunny day tending their gardens...but what a neat surprise
