Car Enthusiast Life: Meetup, A glimpse into the insanity [Part 1]

Come join me and my friends as we drive together and meet to talk about and share our passion for cars! Featuring the Ferrari Enzo, Ford GT, Porsche 911, Toyota Supra, Lamborghini Murciélago, Dodge Viper SRT10 and even a Chevy Volt!

I'm obsessed about cars and I've been that way for a LONG time. From the days of the Dukes of Hazard and Street Hawk and Speed Racer and Knight Rider, I just can't seem to shake my passion for these powerful street machines. This insanity requires company, so generally speaking many enthusiasts seek our or simply run into each other. We then enjoy hanging out and talking about and sharing our "toys".

Some of my friends I've met through family or from the streets when I've been out riding and bumped into a fellow motorcyclist. I had a CEO with a nice Porsche and a coworker with a powerful Supra. The list goes on and on. Bottom line is we love our machines and we are essentially a little community. Not quite as tight as with motorcyclists, but still a strong community! @falcon4272 Don't feel bad. No matter what I have in my collection, I still get excited when I spot a person drive a nice car. I don't care if I have something better, I still love to see/hear nice cars. From VW GTI all the way up to Bugatti Veyrons...I LOVE em all! I'm not into classics, but even those cars get my attention. I won't buy one though, but I do appreciate them. :)

@falcon4272 We are not in any club except the "club" that all car enthusiasts live in! We naturally gravitate to each other. Admittedly, due to the level that I'm at in my career, I do tend to know fairly successful people but many of them don't have these kinds of cars since they are so impractical. There are some nice clubs here though(Gotham Dream Cars). :)

@carlylespicks i was like it sounds like the straight pipes and it looked like his driveway. Im only 19 years old but when i was 18 he let me drive the enzo. To this day, greatest driving experience of my life nothing like the sound of that car, at least nothing an average kid would have the opportunity to drive. God bless Richie, hes a great guy. No one out there like him.
