Fuel on the Fire: Who's behind bloodshed in Syria?

Syrian troops are said to be pushing further into the Damascus suburbs, after seizing control over key checkpoints and moving the frontline away from the capital. And as the unrest runs high, Moscow has offered itself as a stage for dialogue between the regime and the opposition, who are currently rejecting talks with President Assad. But as RT's Sara Firth reports there are concerns outside players, determined to throw fuel on the fire, are behind the refusal.
