i was trainin' striking in MMA,
my friend observes, telling me that leg kicks don't do shit.
I tried to convince him that it hurts like hell, and take a lot outta your striking,
He stands up, told me to kick him 10 times and he's confident he'll be fine.
I take a deep breathe kick him once (very softly),
he gets all cocky, laughs at me, encourages me to kick him all day.
I really take a deep breathe and kick him, he goes down, crying like a d-bag.
He went to the hospital. ahahahahaha

Look, who wants to get kicked by crocop? But if you do, you can choose to stand there and just take it if you want, or you can do what you can do and give him a little something in return.

If the this video is for leg kick defense then I'm sorry but you do not try to catch a leg kick even in a worse case scenario unless you like getting kicked in the head.
Iv'e made this mistake in a fight before and it's a painful one.

@TakingItToTheMMAT i trained at lynx for about six months.... I did not devote too much time because I was in the navy, nontheless It developed and instilled in me some good fundimentals.
