I find it difficult to sift through all these symptoms for all these possible infections. The flu, sinus infection, bronchitis, pneumonia.....they all share such similar traits.

I have it now, You feel the chest pain first (monday for me) and you go to sleep and wake up with a distorted voice, painful coughing and nose and ear stuffing.....it gets really bad when you try to sleep once you have it because if you cough in your sleep it will wake you up so you dont get a lot of sleep...by friday the stuffyness is gone but the pain of coughing is still there....i have taken anti-biotecs and an inhaler only once...
