  • I was going to comment on something, but they're watching me. >_>

  • Between Google Maps on my mobile phone, Gmail, Google AdSense, Google search & YouTube, Google knows everything about me - who I know, the places I go, my politics, what I do & when I do it, what I'm apt to do.

It's a good thing I'm not on the lam because, between the cameras on the traffic lights & Google, I'd be screwed.

Of course, I chose to use Google, didn't I? :-|

  • Cool!

  • This reminds me of a quote by the character of O'Brien in the novel 1984

"Power is tearing human minds apart and putting them back together in new shapes of your own choosing. "

If people in power know the patterns of what and how we (as individuals and as a populous) think at all times

...and we don't know THEIR patterns.

They can EASILY exert a control over us (as individuals and a populous) on a scale and scope that the world has never before known

  • This is a great video!

  • Same ads keeps following me on youtube(except for this page, go figure)

This is a fucking violation they are selling my search data, how do I report these cunts??

  • As a Marketing student about to enter the Marketing field I feel pretty torn on this subject. On one hand I do actually enjoy having ads targeted to me because then I don't have to go looking for products they just find me. I am, however, concerned with the fact that most, if not all, American companies tend to follow the automatic opt-in rather then having the consumer choose to opt in.

  • I love your vid! Good work. Check mine too on?? my channel.

  • Hi ForaTV. Thank you for this very informative video. Indeed, we all need to be more aware about what behavioral targeting is and what its implications are with regards to privacy and other considerations. This reminds me of an article aptly called 'What is behavioral targeting?' in this link: behavioraltargeting(dot)biz. But what do you think is the most feasible solution to this full disclosure issue?
