In Seven Sstar Mantis There is a double Gun
form "Tsat Hsing Gun" (7 Star Gun), that looks very similar.

Yes, but is is some different between Garn and stick in the past.Garn is made of heavy steel or iron and was used to break the helmet(or the thick protection wear on the body) of the soldier in the battle.
