Caught in the Undertow - The Black Sisters

Basically, here's the jist. It sort of takes place during what would have been their Hogwarts days. Bella might even be out of school, but the other two are still in seventh year. So anyway, Bellatrix is fascinated by Tom Riddle (now Voldemort) and is completely besotted with him and his ideals. Narcissa is not really sure what she thinks of it, but she loves her sister, so she sort of joins up with the whole thing. Andromeda, however, completely rejects the whole idea and sees Voldemort for who he really is (at :49 seconds and at 1:00). Voldemort, however, sees much potentional in the her, and seems to follow her around everywhere, asking her to join his ranks (1:37scene). This severely upsets Bella, as she practically trips over herself to get Voldemort's attention. She even yells at her sister, when all Andromeda wants is to be her sister, as shown at 1:49. Andromeda and Narcissa all think it's sort of comical, as seen at 1:15 and 1:56. Narcissa is even starting to get creeped out by Bella's obsession, as shown at 2:05. In the end, Bella somewhat loses it a bit, even though Voldemort doesn't return her love(2:24) and and goes off to officially join Voldemort. Andromeda is very upset that she's lost her sister(2:31). Her mother yells at Andromeda for not joining up with Voldemort (2:35), and for one last time, Voldemort asks her to join the ranks (2:40) and Andromeda finally yells at him, outing him for being evil and cruel, and that she'd never join him. In the end, Andromeda makes a final stand, knowing she cannot stay with her Black family anymore. She asks Narcissa if she will run away with her, but Narcissa is already set in her ways. "Will you come with me?"(2:49.) "I have sworn to stay with my sister, and my family." (2:51). "Then, I'm sorry." (2:54).

The final scene is pretty obvious. Clips used from "The Other Boleyn Girl" and "Pride and Prejudice". Song: "Numb" by Linkin Park.

aww I love it! really amazing... but I've one question: "Voldemort, however, sees much potentional in the youngest Black girl"... do you mean Narcissa or Andromeda? I mean, I know that the youngest Black girl is Narcissa, but in the video it seems to me that you mean Andromeda... I'm a bit confused^^

the song's not called "caught in the undertow" its called "Numb" and its by Linkin Park. Great Job though :)

Yes, I know that, that's why I put the REAL name of the song in the summary. "Caught in the Undertow" is just the name of the video, which is BASED off of the song. :)

Although I must say that it's not very understandable without the summary. But that's actually what made it... it :D It's an AU vid and it's awesome as it is!

This is a great video, the 'casting' was perfect. Natalie Portman and Keira knightly could be real life sisters, and the way you showed the characters interacting, even from different films! it's stunning :)

It´s truely amazing haw much light can change the impact of a film! Pride and prejudice has never been that dark before. So so creative!!! It totally matches the Black sisters! :)

This is a really good video, and you have sucessfuly made voldemort what I thought he would be, good looking. To me it would have made him more dangerous, but alas it was not to be. JK had to make him look like he had a nose job gone wrong. LOL. Again great video!

Fabulous video! Matthew Macfadyen, gorgeous man that he is, should now make a film with Natalie Portman and/or Scarlett Johanssen. I would definitely pay the price of admission to see that.  I enjoyed this. Thank you.
