@thistledown I totally agree. I love David Bazan and Pedro the Lion, I'm stoked to see him solo in a few months. I understand his need to seek out and wrestle with his faith, and I understand he's come to a different conclusion in the end than I have. The only reason this is so disappointing to me, is that I really enjoyed having a spiritual kindred spirit writing music that I enjoy. That's not to say he won't have interesting things to say anymore, in the least.

The didn't pinch his mic. If you look closely, you can see that he puts his face on the other side of the mic and comes back. Cornerstone knew the content of the song, and have a rule against swearing from the stage. David respected it and didn't sing the word into the mic.

Judgmental Christians need to shut the fuck up. Loving Christians need to talk more.
Dude, definitely. I'm a believer as well and I agree with a lot of Pedro lyrics. There are definitely times we need to stop cramming it down people's throats.

Silly evangelicals don't feel like facing the truth. I mean, I'm a Believer, but seriously, we need to shut the fuck up sometimes.
