I really miss when she used to perform like this so happy and carefree and animated on stage. Lately I feel like they've made her stand there looking sad and dressed in black robes with a middle parting gelled to her face. Obviously the voice is still equally amazing and I still love her but she doesn't perform like this anymore.

I think it may have had something to do with her blowing out a vocal chord. Hopefully, she gets back to this.

I think that's probably due to the change in the feel of the album. Lungs was more of an upbeat album focused on the harp and tambourine and the happy, melodious sounds, while Ceremonials is more dark and mysterious, and the feeling of the album is more solemn and dark (Especially if you consider that two of the songs focus solely on suicide). I think that her stage presence and wardrobe accentuates the mood of the songs she is singing perfectly, but that may just be my opinion.

The first song that got my interested was No Light, No Light. It's still my favorite. Rabbit Heart and Between Two Lungs are in the top 3, though. ;)
