The eye argument is the dumbest thing you can say. If this were true, that then means that there are literally NO Asians at ALL in the anime world.

Asians are not tanned, either. There are a variety of skin color in Asia. Goku is clearly light-skinned cause he's Chinese.

Goku is caucasian, stupid. It's genetically IMPOSSIBLE for asian people to have BROW RIDGES due to the neoteny in their ancestors (that's the same reason why they are on average smarter and look more child like then white people). SSY3 has no eyebrows and thats why you can see their brow ridges. So of course Goku is white since he has such big ones in SSY3.
