Cry For The Fishermen (Gulf Oil Spill Disaster)

HC Holbert sent me these lyrics a couple of days ago. I made a few changes, added a chorus and made a song. What a very sad thing to be singing about. The worst environmental disaster in our history happening right now.

See the oil come ashore
We cant fish there anymore
Theres no dolphins jumping to the sky

It just goes to show how helpless we all are against the rich and the powerful. We have no say in how they should be punished for messing up our ocean. They twittle their thumbs in their best effort to clean it up. They fly back home and climb in their beds and have the sweetist dreams they could ever imaging. While they leave us here wondering about the security of our future.
