La méthode Hanon à fait octupler mon répertoire. C'est vraiment très Ch**nt à jouer mais bon sa sert énormément. (Duchable est incroyable)

Fair enough. I was absolutely amazed at what he did in this post - the sheer evenness of those trills was amazing! Yes, he can come across as eccentric, and some of the 'tricks' he indulges in smack of the meretricious....but one cannot deny that he is a gifted musician. I feel the same way about Cyprien Katsaris, who has shown on earlier recordings that he is capable of playing possessed of depth and beauty. His early disc of several works by Grieg, on Deutsche Grammophon, is really great.

As far as I know, he quit concertizing since classical concerts are for the bourgeois people.

this is kinda embarrasing.Life of pianist .He has a fine mind and technique cant he give people a need for this music or contribute something else ow that he no longer concertizes.
