@MrConredsX nope, the whole island was real, just this "alternate reality" was their limbo (season6), which helped them to remember what happened on the island and how everyone actually knew each other. "remember and let go"

I absolutely love the way Locke smiles from 1:35 to 1:38 while Jack is telling him to stay in bed, it says "Same old Jack". I can't imagine what it would be like to remember your whole life like that. Brilliant work, right here.

And I love that they brought JOHN LOCKE not the MAN IN BLACK back.

The first time I saw this, I was already crying, I had already been crying everytime someone remembered lol, and when he said, "I hope that someone does for you, what you just did for me =)" I remember just bawling like a baby

I love how the music pauses for a second while the first flash comes and then it lets loose the awesome music. I wish it paused like that on the soundtrack

I'm not quite sure why he's so happy to remember though. I mean, lots of amazing things happened to him on the island for sure, but in the end it all led to him being murdered in the most brutal way. Plus, in the real world he lost Helen. I would think it'd be a little harder to let that fantasy life go...
