1. Never Stop Learning
2. Hug Your Customers And Colleagues
3. Forget The "F" Word (Fear)
4. Use Your Talents And Love What You Do
5. Be Happy
YOU are the incarnation of what all Capgemini people should be like:
Honest, Bold, Trusting, Free In Mind, Living The Team Spirit, Modest, Sharing Fun
I really DO BELIEVE in these values. You are the proof that they are not just the invention of marketing!

;-) WOW! Thank you Pete, for your comment.
Indeed, CG core values are not just marketing and I did my best, as you guys do!, to live those values in daily work and personal lives.
Only question would be, why the 'proof 'has left?;-)

Only you can answer this. Either you tell us or you keep it yourself.
It always depends on the people whether your work environment is a "Collaborative Experience". Capgemini can hand out the rules, but as those cannot be enforced it depends on the people to implement them. The atmosphere in your work place of course depends on your leaders, not only on you. And for most of them it is easier to understand the motivation of opportunists than of open minders. People management is a hard job!

Indeed, there are differences between countries within the group and the mindset of the people. I could witness that in the Yammer where people were sharing cutting edge information.(Un) fortunatelly that was not the case in our office. But again for me it was one super cool experience and it is just time to move on, so i can meaningfully serve my purpose & leave footprints in this planet. Yes, people management is the most essential skill one should work on, because we are never done with it.
