  • Very good recipe. I've made raw chocolate mousse before, but never thought of adding namashoyu and balsamic vinegar to add to the taste. I use raw honey or agave as a sweetener instead of sugar.

  • We made this recipe and the next day I wrote a comment. For unknown reasons the comment didn't survive the whatever at YouTube.

This is a WONDERFUL receipe! Wow! We had so many requests for this I finally wrote it all down and sent it in an email along with a link to this video.

    Kudos ChefTeton!

  • This recipe is better than mouse. You'd never know it was with avocados.

  • you can use dates and agave for the sweeteners to make it raw

  • I have my own recipe for this same basic dish, and I have been entertaining the thought of using stevia in place of sugar based sweeteners. Like you say, in most cases sugar is just sugar. Depending on the sweetener's glucose/fructose ratio, your body metabolizes it differently. ANd also, I was blown away by the savory ingredients you introduced! Never would've thought of that. I might try it someday when I'm feeling bold! :) Cheers!

  • WOW! That looks so amazing! I LOVE your videos! I just ordered myself some of the coconut cream concentrate thanks to your smoothie recipe!! :D

  • Whole Sugar is just as good as Agave - Sugar is Sugar. Different sources taste different, and some are more whole than others. The little Maple Sugar used in this recipes is for flavor.
