Practice very slow toe touches from a standing position. The object is not to move fast here but to move slowly to get your head used to going from upright to upside down. Also kneel in front of a wall with your toes touching the wall. Walk your feet UP the wall toward a hand stand position. Hold there. This will get your head used to the head down position.

If its giving you a headache slow do this exercise for a while in stead. Lay down on the floor and bring your feet over your head into a very slow backwards roll. Have people TIME you to see JUST how slowly you can do the roll. Now reverse this with the frontward roll. Again have it timed. Try to roll more slowly than your last time to win.

The point of this video was not to show an "achievment", it is strictly to demonstrate the proper way to perform these skills.
