If you got an aerosol can of Remoil or whatever spray it into the trigger group, you'll get alot of shit out of it

I nee to do replacement/repair on my Ruger Mark 1 22. Target Pistol (34 years old). Where would you suggest getting parts? And since this is going to be my first attempt at gun smithing, is replacing the Hammer and Hammer Strut going to present to much required experience to do this myself? Again, I don't even know where to get the parts? DUH... Thanks!

@mochafreak111 Its not aluminum, its stainless steel ( I have a SS Mark III myself) but it still wont rust.

wtf wipe the oil off its aluminum it will never rust but u want to always have it coverd with oil

Hello. You did clean the bore - However you neglected to clean the other half of the upper from the feedramp backwards. This area where the bolt fits - along with the ejection port and ejector should be cleaned as carbon from exploded powder can cause rusting. It would be necessary to include this part.
