lots of naivety in the comments here- its not unusual though as YT has loads of half informed viewers with more opinions than facts. im not disputing that guys . steroids arent all the same. some yield massive results, others very subtle. then theres dosage. real benefit can be had from using high androgen PEDs right up to the contest day. Chances are youll get caught though. To put Carl's usage in the same light as Ben's is analogous to comparing a car crash and 9/11.

@lshannon41 Carl failed a test for using a stimulant that is found in any simple cold remedy and that is why the US athletics association didn't ban him. He never failed a test for STEROID use like Ben did. And may I also bring to your attention why some of those substances are banned, not cause they improve one's performance but they can MASK steroid use which is the main issue.

@Juluka69 Yes lewis admitted in 2003. Watch "bigger faster stronger" here on youtube there he says is it again and even has the nerve to not care about it. he doesnt feel responsible for it because its in his past.

@theedge65 thats right..Carl was a hit and world class sprinter as soon as he finished growing whilst ben was a 10.2-10.3 runner barely able to make the finals in canada...he certainly was no BJ. Unfort bailing on a comp isnt proof- otherwise Jeter would be banned for life already. The problem isnt a carl defence thing- its an inability of people to construct rational argument based on facts. im pretty much over trying to explain it.
