I don't believe anyone should be proud of their heritage. Ethnic/racial pride is pathetic, regardless of who it's coming from. Pride should come from what you've done, not what you're born into. And I don't hate white people. I'm sure it seems that way, but it's more of an angry/frustrated competitive thing. I live in the south and I am surrounded by people who do like to think I'm inferior in someway. Proving them wrong by every possible means available to me IS something I'm proud of.

edeneye 808, I hope you believe me that I was merely asking for translation. I you look back,on my remarks you will see that the phrase can't help I'm white is done in a self deprecating way. Thank you. I have "Five Beautiful Hispanic Grand Children " that I love more than life it self, and they love me, and yes, I spoil them. I also have two half Korean grand children and seven white grand children. That doesn't prove I'm not racist ,but I hope you will believe that I'm not. Good luck
