My floor routine back and a bit better! thankfully! stuck my front tuck yey!
working on my flick tuck now it wasnt quite there yet so went with a safer option :P split leap wasnt quite there but its okay i had a fun time doing it. also need to work on mt armsa bit :P made it up in a few places :P
(this is uk level 5 by the way!)
in the uk, are levels 1-6 compulsaries? (does everyone do the same routine?) that's how it is in the us and i was shocked by how different it was... so yeah just wondering!

@Xxmegustagimnasia depending on the gym/age of gymnast you can make up your own or have your coach make one up as long as it has all the required moves, its all good.
the levels start at 7 and work up as well.
