At 03:00, you can clearly see the kids bumping into the tires before it cuts to the shot of the parents going to the doomed Go Kart.

Why was a 3 year old allowed on a go cart to begin with? This is the fault of the parents and the people that own the track. Passengers should nit be allowed, especially a 3 year old, and these go carts should have had seat belts or sone other type of restraint harness

dude i drive our gocarts that are homemade without a seatbelt at 30-45 mph and have yet to have something bad like that happen. hell the worst that happened to me was a broken foot and that was from a damn sneaky telephone pole:3

Makes me grateful to have had a nice, tight seatbelt when I had a go kart wreck on Aug 30, 2008. I was unhurt when I T-boned another kart at 15 mph, as was the person I hit. Thank God for safety standards :)
