Wanganui Road races, December 26th 2004. Post Classics. 1980 Suzuki GS 1000 race bike. Race 1, turn 1. Craig Smith finds out what happens when you over-fill your front forks with oil and ruin your suspension's performance. Result: crushed kidney, lung,nicked spleen, broken collar bone and 3 ribs. Torn bicep ligaments. Back racing.....

should have eased off the front brake and maneuvered around the other bike and gone into the runoff area.

Hey mate! Have you done much road racing? I'd be interested to know what qualifies you to give such sage advice.... It's easier to commentate from the sideline than to get out there and do it.. I am still racing and winning. Are you?
