if seroquel makes u pass out like someone said and wake up with loose teeth and scrapes... maybe u have bigger problems than side affects ... maybe u just have a weak brain.... it just makes me a little sleepy and i take 200mg in the a.m. maybe some people with weak brains cant handle drugs period.... smoke some weed and drink two beers... if u cant function u probably have a weak brain. maybe the psyche problems probably have taken their toll and the medicine isnt the problem.. who knows

i ve been taking seroquel for 2 yrs now and for me all it does is make me sleepy and take away the anxiety. anyone who thinks seroquel kills people needs to get a new cause to fight for because so does alchohol, cigarettes, speeding, over eating. i have to laugh at "seroquel killed my son" hah ive takng 3x my normal dose and ive never felt close to dying. think for youself and dont listen to some video talking about the bad side. read some positive reviews before u call it " murder"

@SBK20091 Insomnia!? What were they thinking? It helps you fall asleep, but after a while you NEED it to catch some zzz's. Sounds more like a lifetime conviction, unless of course you also had like anxiety or bipolar issues....

For me it works miracles tho.

1 out 4 americans are dying because of prescribed drugs, You don't think anyone should complain, wait until you lose someone you love dearly, then see if you believe

your own words, side effects means harmful effects, it may help one problem and cause twice as many more. They may have positive results in the beginning and cause you die a year later,.some meds are probably less harmful than others and do have positive but there are some killers out there especially psyche drugs.

Your son ACTUALLY died of it ?!!! I am utterly disgusted with psychiatry . I was prescribed this drug as well and taking it was sheer torture. I actually had problems breathing.

@justbeingmeagain no longer pursuing legal action, stopped all medications close to a year ago, besides pain from 2005 auto/pedestrian accident, "those" side effects vanished and no longer take prevacid since stopping my last med which happened to be seroquel. for what its worth,only way i would ever recommend seroquel or any future brand of quetiapine is in 25mg or less at pm(only) for up to or less than a 2wk time period used for insomnia. instead of using it in high doses for schizophrenia

Have you sought more than one opinion? Did you investigate others using this medication or ask your doctor to provide you with alternatives and advice and options? All substances have side effects. Even if ONE person reports something it must be printed as a possible side effect.
