and ls1 gtos arent particularly fast...and 02-04 stang gts are faster than people give them credit for.

@mattmoto441 a stock 04 record is 12.9. You can do mid to low 13s thats the average.

@selby792 maybe, but still there is no excuse for that sort of run ...my 05 A4 ran a 13.1-13.3 stock....easily

@GTO19020 I know that's why i bought an auto GTO. Its not much faster than an M6 but it is by a little bit in the 1/4. I'm just saying that it was impossible for the GTO to have a bad driver because he had an automatic. Unless he had T/C on because that will kill it.

@selby792 thats no excuse, in fact the autos actually accelerate quicker with the 4spd rather than the 6M in the GTOs

the elevation at that track isnt so good and the GTO is a auto so its was kinda hard to screw that up

does your buddies stang really only have an intake and exauhst and just beat that ls2 gto, because i have no cats and flowmasters on my stang right now, but i bought it just before winter and put it away for the winter so havent been able to take it out very much but damm i hope i can keep up with the goats

the gto has a terrible driver... they can go in the 13.9's when stock! i got mine to 13.8 the day after i bought it

how do you have a bad driver with a auto?? are elevation isnt all the good also
