nobody stole your idea.
people just had the same one - besides i never used dalek sec's head, i just painted it black.
The dalek is a representation of the dalek guards, and is very easy to do - so obviously people are going to do it.
Theres no point claiming an idea over that, as i know for a fact i thought it up myself about a year and a half ago.

plastic bin is the main built, sawed down to the right size, then the dalek bubble bath head bit and paint and a coke bottle top thing goes under the head.
lots of bits n bobs u can find to make the innerds. and alot of work lol
