Synthomania in studio OLD -dec`06

Just messing aroud with my,back then new ms2000, oberheim dx + ofcoarse my first synth ,the roland d-50. First time i used midi ever i think. (connected the dx to the arp of the korg to create the bassline)
Noting special here, just posting it for fun:)

what is you favorite between the ms2000 and the d-50?

some say its hard to program, thats a lot of balloney.. its wery logically layed out. guess the ms2000 is more like an live synth, its capable of many different sounds, more like typical analog sounds, good for lead and bass sounds.. You have totaly controll over every parameter onboard with a knob..guess its better in a band setting.. but i mean i cant really sett the upp against each other.. they are so totaly different..:)

Heheh well thats a hard question.. the ms2000 sounds more like an analog synth, but it has only 4 voices of poly. is has high, low, and band pass filters witch are really good... a vocoder... the d50 doestent have that, it has a lopas filter witch do not selfoscillate.. but i mean, i love em both, in my opinion the d50 is one of the best synths for pads. I love the keys, lovely to play, it has 8 voice poly, built in reverb and some chorus\phlanger\delay fx..
