Buses in Hastings (27/06/2009)

Plenty of buses in action, including new Optare Solos for the Hastings Arrows and Scania Enviro 400s for routes 100/101/102 "The Wave".

Filming locations: Havelock Road, near railway station and on the seafront, at the junction with Harold Place.

Oh, keep an eye out for the 07-plates, because they're ex-Preston stock which used to be on the Citi 11s, cascaded to Hastings as a result of the Preston Bus War 2006-2009.

I wish that someone would put some footage of what Hastings was like in the 70's and 80's...I surpose not many people had camcorders then. I like the way you captured the new Hastings Collage being built.
