NYC Holiday Vintage Subway Ride 2011

Goodtime Dancing and music on the 2nd ave platform on the lower east side during the vintage subway rides--December 17, 2011.
Once a year, the MTA rolls out the old subway trains dating between 1930-1946. It travels on the M line at super speeds (much faster than the trains of today.). NYC's fashionable swinging dames and gents converge to make music, merriment, to dance and time travel. Delighted passengers who are caught unawares marvel at the unexpected train pulling into the station.
