Must Be Fate...//Chapter Thirty-Eight

I get excited to write these because iloveyou8daysaweek always leaves me with such good endings so props to her!!

Madison-

I was starting to get really freaked out and worried. "Justin!" I called out one more time. I felt a shiver run down my spine in the eeriness of the night. All that could be heard was the sound of birds and bugs in the distant background noise. I wrapped my arms around myself as my breathing increased.

All of a sudden I heard a rustling noise in the near by bushes. "J-Justin?" I stuttered out nervously. "Justin stop playing, this isn't funny!" You know that feeling you get as if someone is watching you or like someone is going to jump out at you in a scary movie? That is definitely exactly how I was feeling at the moment. All of a sudden a tiny ball came rolling by my feet. I didn't see where it came from, but I picked it up and noticed there was a note attached to it. It read:

"You're probably wondering where I am. Am I right? Follow the coloured pebbles through the trail behind my car.
-Love J."

I am going to kill him. It is pitch black out and really spooky. I found the trail behind his car and reluctantly followed it. I wondered how I never noticed it before. Hesitantly I followed the trail to the end and noticed another note. This time it read:

"I bet you're getting anxious. Do you hate me yet? You're getting closer...Look up!"

I looked up and noticed an arrangement of twinkle lights. A smile arose on my lips as I followed the light trail. At the end of the trail of lights there was yet another note. It read:

"Not one of those lights shine as bright as you do. You light up my world. Almost there...Look down"

I looked down to this time find a path of rose petals. Who knew Justin could be so romantic?! I for sure did not. I was smiling like an idiot at this point. I followed the trail of rose petals until it ended before a bridge. I opened the note that awaited for me and read:

"Cross the bridge to the other side where you will find a beach and me;)
-Love J."

Aww, how sweet! I couldn't cross that bridge fast enough. When I finally got to the other side I had to blink twice. I couldn't believe what I saw. It was...
