that was the Affliction/Divergence story arc where Phlox was kidnapped by the Klingons. Mal was ordered by an old CO to stall Enterprise's efforts to find Phlox and Archer found out. Hope that helps.

Oh my GOD! this is amazing! I love the first half, where you use the episode where Malcolm gets thrown into the brig. That's one of my favorite episodes of him!
