do you use these to replace the spacers that you would normally use? And i dont understand, are they supposed to help you go faster?

Spacers go between the bearings in your wheel these are washers which go either side of the wheel on the truck, they reduce friction helping the wheel to rotate faster. cheers, Guy

@LouisHuynh24 , you really need spacers, speed washers help, but spacers are vital.
