The movie is really nicely done. Unfortunately many Indians don't want to face reality & are ashamed of exposing it to international community. There is nothing to be ashamed about. Countries like US, UK have their own dirty stuff which gets exposed every now & then. Take Clinton's scandal for example.

I don't think this movie exposes india in a bad way-when i saw this film i was like "wow, what an amazing country, i'd really love to go there"

Sometimes i get worried that places like india with unique culture will fade away and the whole world will be like the US.

we have to be carefull in our quest to develop countries like India we don't take away what makes them so special.

I love how all the indians are in denial about what is actually happening in thier country. 65% literacy rate, India still one of the poorest countries in the world and yet they are building a space program. The middle class are spending thier money on shopping malls and movie theaters. Corruption everywhere, yet they have the nerve to blame everyone else.

And please dont say he looked after them by saving their money so they wont spend it all.. that is not his fcking decission.. they should've got what they earned.. He could pay the parents at least.. @mratomix  Look, I get that you love the US and it is your country so you can be proud all you want of it. But please don't make such generalizations like "[the US] is where most people would like to live and see their children grow up". Unless you have met every person in the world you can't say such thing. I love living in my country and almost every person I know does too and those who'd like to emigrate prefer Canada or Europe.
