Wiltern: Selena

Demi was going to play a show December 8th and I promised her I'd go. I haven't been to one of her concerts since August and a lot has happened since then. It also gave me another chance to hang with Nick. Haha, Selena with a Chance. Nah. That doesn't sound as good as Sonny... even though I think Demi with a Chance sounds the best.

"I can't wait to see them!" Demi squealed to me, as we got out of the car and headed into the building.
"I know. Thanksgiving feels like forever ago!" I added.
"I miss Joe." She blushed.
"Aww it's ok. He'll be here. He promised you. Remember?" I smiled. She looked down at her phone. Joe had texted her nonstop since Thanksgiving. And every text would end with "I promise, forever." It was really cute.
"I want to do something special at this concert." she said, caught up in her thoughts.
"You'll think of something." I hugged her. "Now go out there and break a leg!" I said, shoving her towards the stage.

I was standing backstage, hidden from the audience with the boys. Demi was out there flaunting it, doing her thing during "The Middle." I knew why. She was trying to impress Joe, and trust me, he was dying out here. He was standing there fidgeting the whole time, trying not to run on stage and make out with her right then and there. HAHA! Poor guy. I think Demi sensed it too, because she winked at him during "Trainwreck." By now, Joe knew it was about him, so when she winked, his whole face lit up. "Daydream" brought out the same response. It made me laugh.

"Demi's really rocking isn't she?" Nick said as we stood backstage.
"Yeah! Totally! I'm so proud of her!" I nodded in agreement.
"She's incredible!" Joe added, his eyes still glued to his girl on stage.
"Let's give Joe some time to be in his own little world" Kevin laughed, ushering us away. We were still backstage, but Joe was the only one actually up by the curtains.
"Poor guy's got it bad." Nick laughed.
"Aww I think it's cute." I said, punching him lightly.
"I think you're cute." He complimented.
"Haha! Shut up!" I said, punching him again, but I couldn't help but laugh too.

"Hey guys!" Demi called out, as she ran towards us, panting. Joe followed close behind with a water bottle and handed it to her. She smiled and gulped the whole thing down. "Thanks!" She grinned, lacing her hand in his, giving it a squeeze.
"That was awesome!" Nick said, giving her a high five.
"Great job, Dem!" I smiled, giving her a hug.
"You were beautiful!" Joe grinned at her.
"Thanks but I'm covered in sweat." She laughed. "I'm gonna head to my dressing room."
"Alright." Nick and I said together. He put his arm around me and we started off.
"Where are you going?" I heard Demi call out, before catching a glimpse of her, pulling Joe's arm. "You're coming with me" She laughed.
