It's simple. Most guys will tell you that women are meant to be sleek and slender and that women with muscles are not femenine. That translates to "She in better shape than me. She have bigger arms than me. Me no like! Oooga booga.". It really stems from insecurity.

By anyone's standards she is 5-10 times hotter than heather Locklear. You don't have to be an FBB fan to think that. Mandy is Muscular enough to do it for FBB fans but not so muscular that your average man wouldn't think she was hot. If you put 100 men in a room and more than 10 or 20 chose heather over her I'd be very surprised. Heather is hot, super hot, but is positively ugly in comparison to Mandy and I don't think you have to be into FBBs (although I am) to see that obvious fact.
