@banyohazard69 I understand your call to unity but I am expressing how I feel and no one has the authority to tell me what I should and should not consider offensive. Maybe we both grew up in different settings, because where I am from, I had to be resilient and latch on to my language. As a 7 year old Filipino kid who had to speak English and assimilate to American culture, my Filipino language and customs became even more valuable.
