@RaharuChan: Dizzy takes the 4th most damage in the game. Baiken: 1.18, Millia: 1.21 and Chipp: 1.30, all take more than Dizzy. according to the majority of GG players, she is easy to use and her damage output is one of the best in the game. Chipp is just as easy to dizzy as her, takes 15 more HPs damage than her, which add up. she has a min of 1 guts and her hitbox is big, but at the same time her hitbox is weird and causes many attacks to whiff. (Te's grab>6K>BL loop, Ky's VT loop, OS's DL.

i know this is late,but what makes dizzy low teir is her defense and tne time it takes to master her.most characters are direct and respond solidly,but dizzy requires a little planning.after all,miyako did use a lot of moves to trap the enemy in the corner before aporoaching the enemy.dizzy is also the easiest person to make dizzy and she also has no guts and takes the same damage as chip so she takes extra damage throughout the entire match plus she has a huge hitbox.

I'm telling ya, with the exception of 2D range, all the changes to Dizzy in AC are top tier :D
