i hate texting on this phone. instead of pressing the button that i wanna press, i press a different button so i let my dog have it(on purpose) but is still works so ughhhh!!!!

i have this phone, IT'S TRASH!!!!!!
my external speaker doesn't work, some of the touchscreen doesn't work, it shuts off for no reason, the touchscreen drives me crazy!!!!!! ugghhhh and when you're a fast texter this phone slows you down a lot!@!!!and all those problems occured when i had the phone for a couple months and rule of advice for everybody, ALWAYS GET INSURANCE ON YOUR PHONE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!
