I bet its delicious but to soft, it will spread all over your plate. If you fold the cream in de mascepone real slow, not a rough as he did. you'll keep more air in your mousse. Than its even better!

@syahidolly You can buy rum extract which is usually right in the grocery aisle next to the vanilla, almond, lemon, etc. extracts. I use about a tablespoon and a half of that in strong coffee or espresso.
