The "Chest workout Home edition" was designed to provide an easy and fun professional workout for everyone. These exercises are designed to tone main pectoral muscles (upper, major and minor pectoral muscles) and you can workout wherever you want: at home, in the park, on the beach or at the gym.
No special equipment is required for this workout: if you don't have a bench for elevated push-ups, use any elevated surface (chair, box, etc.).

  • @Cab9307 alternate. I do pecs/core/glutes one day, biceps/triceps/shoulders on the other day. every 6 days I take a rest day.

  • did this before i went to bed, fucking struggled to lift the quilt when i'd finished!

  • Should i do this training everyday?

  • Anyone who can give me advice? I'm 17 and I just started working out , I just want to get in better shape before I start going to the gym so I dont look like an idiot , should I do this or is there anything else that'll help me more in this situation?
