@Cab9307 alternate. I do pecs/core/glutes one day, biceps/triceps/shoulders on the other day. every 6 days I take a rest day.

Anyone who can give me advice? I'm 17 and I just started working out , I just want to get in better shape before I start going to the gym so I dont look like an idiot , should I do this or is there anything else that'll help me more in this situation?
