  • The hard part i'm finding is the daily thing. I think it's also important for some to set aside a certain time each day that they do nothing but write in their journal. I started out good. But when I was too busy one day to write...that turned into two days...and now I haven't written for about a week. It is all about lifestyle changes. Thanks!

  • I should have mentioned that in the video. It was a bit of a problem for me too, remembering to sit down and write. I really cracked down on myself and I'm getting better about it, but still sometimes skip days.

  • if you look the year as 1-52 wks you look at each week as a number. I started doing this a while back and kept a journal on that concept. I write a big 13 at the top of the page for week 13 in red marker. This way if there is nothing really to write you can skip days. This year started on a saturday so every week starts on saturday this year. Lasy year it started on a friday. I draw little doodles to help me remember events. Good and bad events.

  • @222Lightning Yep, I hope never to be part of the corporate greed in this world. It is tearing humanity apart.

  • I have found writing in mine helps sort out my thoughts and I usually do alot better at problem solving for myself that way.

  • thats a really good idea, i will start one tomorrow x
