Is there life out there? Finally we know. Because they are here. Alien spacecraft with humanlike passengers have come to Earth. They say they comein peace for food and water. The water they find in our reservoirs. The food they find walking about everywhere on two legs. That saga that began with V now culminates in a struggle to save the world in V: The Final Battle. Sci-fi film stalwarts Marc Singer, Robert Englund and Michael Ironside head a large cast in this tense adventure that leaps from the stunning revelation of reptilian beings concealed by human masks to the birth of the first human/spaceling child to the harrowing countdown to nuclear doomsday. The future begins or ends here.

  • I just saw the remake on ABC earlier this evening. I still think the Original beats it hands down.

  • The background music ,sound like the "the Terminator" theme

  • Jenny is Doug's mom from King of Queens!

  • Somethings will always remain a classic. The original V miniseries hands down was a masterpiece in all aspects. The remake tried, but failed pitifully. The ships, the costumes, the plot and acting were all top notch. I loved the "nazi allegory" used as the foundation for the Visitors. The reboot deviated from this idea & it was their fatal mistake. 30 yrs later, "V" is still respected & loved by it's fans.

  • @alexwribs19 The new ABC one sucked major ass. The original series is still awesome even by today's standards.

  • aim for the legs aim for the legs! ... so, 200 years or so more advanced than us, and they didnt bother to put armour on their legs too?

  • m16 sure were crappy looking compared to today's ar's

  • @mrderekevan LOL yeah that what's I was saying, Steven was so vain despite the fact that his forces were some of the crappiest soldiers ever. I actually think DIana had it right when she said that Steven should have been terminated, any one in his position probably would have been if those were their troops. Not that Diana was much better, all the visitors (cept maybe John and def. Martin) were completely vain. Martin even used this to help Mike escape in the original.

  • @antijavi LOL. Watching the entire V mini-series and TV show you'll notice that the majority of the visitors have terrible aim, poor fighting skills, and are not very experienced in combat techniques. For instance they'll take cover behind empty cardboard boxes that offer no protection! They also have very poor reaction time! During a rebel attack you'll often see V guards getting machine gunned who are still standing completely still at their posts and don't even have their weapons drawn yet.

  • @mrderekevan Yep and then all of Steven's security measure end up being ineffective. They lose Julie as a prisoner and the rebels blow up the water pumping station. Of course Steven covers his tracks by joining Pamela in blaming the whole thing on Diana. Though from what I saw he was the one making all the military decisions.

  • @ArmyJames They're scientists, houswives, journalists. None of them are soldiers or had any military training as many partisans did during WWII. This makes their defiance all the more courageous.

  • @pepoparty1 V and V the final battle are available on Netflix for free if you get the month-long free trial membership
