As I said. I am not against equal rights for civil unions. But marriage cannot be justly rededined by the state. It is both immoral and illegal in my opinion. It is a theft of-sorts. It is the unjust usurping of a tradition that they have no part in, by choice.
As I have said before, If a gay man wants to marry a woman, I have not objection to that.
I would be just as against the idea of a man marrying a female child. It would be a perversion of what marriage is.

I can somewhat understand your opinion... However on the gay marriage issue how can a whole community be told to pay the same taxes abide by the same laws but yet enjoy different rights? I dont think it will be long before alignment happens. Ofcourse some in the christian community can hold to old ideas or believe the union to be a sin... But the governed law doesnt have a chance to pick and choose whom to grant certain rights too
I see no beauty in her countenance, her attitude, or her attempt to vilify the good people at Ava Maria. Her physical looks are just a way to sell these bad ideas and this equally bad attitude.

Simon Peter and James did in fact establish the church by leading the Jewish reform. After 70 AD when Jerusalem fell, the Pauline, Gnostic, and Jewish christianity's were the main three, but Pauline was the only one to last the 243 years before Rome was able to make it the official religion of the state. That is all. Just as Judaism is the official religion of Israel. Catholicism was not "established under the Roman Empire." It was legally recognized as a official religion in 313AD.
