I agree with your comment on the Ronettes' photo. And the other girl is Estelle and Ronnie's cousin: Nedra Talley. Just FYI I have my home office decorated with Ronettes' memoriabilia, framed and matted original photos, mint condition albums and 45's. I have purchased photos from England, from the New York Times, from photographers all over the U.S., bought them in digital file, had them professionally reproduced matted and framed. I am a Ronettes' fanatic. And my collection is awesome!

At the risk of getting jumped on, that is not a very good picture of Ronnie and Estelle. Its good of the other one, who's name escapes me. I thought that publicity shots that weren't good didn't see the light of day. Please be kind to me, I am just expressing an opinion. I've seen better publicity stills of them than this one. Still love this song.

Interesting, but I don't think it would have been the big hit the other one was ! P.S. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORET'S BY THE RONETTES !!!

The voice is really clear in this one... Pretty interesting version actually.

Really great hearing Ronnie's voice isolated like this. This is my favorite Ronettes song.

You lucky guy!! I bet if you ever decide to sell it, for whatever reason, you will probably be able to live off the proceeds for a long time!!! I wish I could have a room to call my own to decorate as I wish like you have. My house is too small and was slapped up after WWII without any thought, so its hard to do any decorating.

Is this a recorded alt version? It kinda sounds like when you only have one chanel playing on a 2ch. stereo system. Very interesting.

all i can tell u is it was on bootleg cd's of philles studio sessions , from what i can remember its from over dub session as theres several over dubbing endings, hence why the backing track fades in and out and vocal increases in volume.
this one was the best quality out of all of em as they sounded like some had a portable record and mic
