If you would care to do a bit of research you'd find Monckton doesn't hold a degree in any scientific field, he's never published a scientific paper, and isn't an authority on ANYTHING related to climate science. He isn't respected, in fact he's been lambasted for claims that he's a member of the House of Lords.
