Traffic Hazard at Franklin St. And 21st St.

Following the detour on Main Street from 95 North onto Franklin. At the intersection of 21st and Franklin, due to a large storage bin, visibility is completely obstructed. You cannot see oncoming traffic until you pull well into the intersection. At night, headlights help, but before dark, you can't see a thing. Drive carefully!
