Split Soles

FYI: i know that these shoes are not demi shoes, i only mean that my FEET are on demi pointes! please stop commenting that these shoes are not demi pointe shoes, I KNOW. i am not on pointe, nor do i have pointe shoes. thanks. :)

yaay! finally! got some new ballet slippers. these are split sole (YESS!!) :D satin, by katz. i only got these yesterday, but i wanted to show them off.


yes i am wearing spotty, comfy pants haha! =P
p.s. my tap shoes are in the bakkyground! heehee!

oh my word. i think i've given the wrong idea from the title of this video. i DONT mean that these SHOES are demi pointes, i meant that i am working MY FEET in through DEMI POINTE. i am not on pointe, nor do i have pointe shoes. i AM aware that these are only ballet slippers. thanks :)

lolz your not that late, I've just started ballet an I'm 12. I read on the internet that it is possible to delay training until 12 years old, so you still have a bit of a chance.

Hey I don't want to sound annoying but they're not demi pointe shoes, demi pointe shoes are like pointe shoes except they have no shank and a smaller box. :P Tuck your drawstrings in and try not to sickle, otherwise pretty good :) happy dancing x

I understand you want to go en pointe, so do I. But you really should know they're not demi-pointes. They are like pointes except the toe box is smaller and they have no shank. Just because they're satin doesn't mean they have anything to do with pointes.

where'd you get those?? I've been hunting satin ballet slippers for long! is there any online dance shop that I can try? preferably ones that do international ship. I live in singapore :) thanks for the help! xx

oh and just one bit of advice: try not to sickle. there are parts in this vid where you do sickle and I just had to pointe that out :)

i've been en pointe so long, that the other day when i had to wear my demi pointes i tried to go up on my toes. xD it was so funny, yet painful.

@DarkOnyx7 I started when i was 2 and a half and i am still doing it know, 10 years later. Its worth starting ballet if you already havent. it is not about how long you have been doing it. My fiend is now at the royal ballet school in london miles away from her family and she is younger than me and has not been doing it long... you just have to belive in your dreams xxx
